Your son’s coaches
Former Premier League academy coaches
Between them, they have helped a long list of players reach the top levels of the game. Now one of them works with your son.
1:1 mentorship
A mentor from professional football, in your son’s corner
Your son works 1:1 with a former Premier League academy coach - someone with the experience and the contacts to move him forward.
01
Finds what’s holding him back
Studies his match and training footage, talks to him and pins down exactly what’s stopping him reaching the next level.
02
Builds his plan
Clear goals for your son, and the sessions to get there.
03
Works with him all year
Keeps analysing his new footage and updates his plan as he improves.
04
Carries it into camp
His camp coaches already have his plan, so they work on what he needs from day one.
A direct line to his team
You, your son, his mentor and his Player Success Agent share a WhatsApp group. Ask questions and get feedback any time. His Player Success Agent checks in constantly and makes sure he sticks to the plan.

Who it’s for
Is this right for your son?
Your son trains several times a week and wants to play at the highest level he can - a top academy, college or professional football.
He may be playing below his level, and nobody has told you honestly where he stands.
You are ready to invest in him, but you cannot build his development plan yourself.
You want him to take charge of his own training, without you having to push him.
If that sounds like your family, the next pages explain how it works.
Train Effective · The 12-Month Pathway
Why we built this
A week at camp is great - but it’s only one week
Most players leave camp motivated and with clear feedback. Then the season starts again, and without a plan or anyone checking in, a lot of that feedback gets lost.
So we built the Pathway: a personal mentor who works with your son for the full 12 months - before camp, at camp and after it.

Want to reserve his place first? You can secure his spot with a smaller payment plan. His programme starts once £2,499 has been paid.
If your plans change, you don’t lose what you’ve paid. His camp week can move to a later London or Miami date.
Joining close to camp? If his first camp is less than 12 weeks away when you sign up, the camp part is paid before he travels - so a little more is paid upfront and the rest is spread over the remaining months. Your camp expert will show you the exact amounts.
